C. Mohanan is the backbone of Foursight Detectives, bringing over 36 years of service in the Kerala Police. Renowned for his investigative acumen, Mr. Mohanan held key postings across Thiruvananthapuram, Kollam, and Alappuzha, along with roles in Special Armed Police and as faculty at PTC Thiruvananthapuram and KEPA Thrissur.

Mr. Mohanan holds a BA in History and has received several prestigious awards, honours, and decorations, including the President's Medal for Meritorious Service (2008), Chief Minister's Police Medal (2002), multiple Badge of Honour recognitions (2012, 2013, 2014, 2016), an advance increment (1999), and 155 cash awards alongside many commendations.

Noted for his dependability and investigative skill, Mr. Mohanan led and contributed to several high-profile cases, earning the trust and admiration of superiors. His consistent performance and ability to solve complex cases set new benchmarks in detective work.

R. Jayasankar served nearly 30 years with the Kerala Police, retiring as Sub Inspector in 2024. Throughout his career, he distinguished himself as an efficient, dependable, and resourceful investigator. Jayasankar was central to the resolution of several sensational cases and played a key role in apprehending hardened criminals who threatened public safety.

His exemplary service earned him major honors, including the Chief Minister's Police Medal (2018), President's Police Medal for Meritorious Service (2023), and Badge of Honour for Detective Excellence (2011, 2018). His reputation for outstanding detective work was recognized at the highest levels in the police force.

Sri. Jayachandran A. is a retired Sub Inspector of Kerala Police, bringing over 30 years of distinguished service across the Crime Wing, Law and Order Wing, Vigilance & Anti-Corruption Bureau, and the Crime Branch. Renowned for his integrity, efficiency, and dedication, he has earned 25 Good Service Entries and multiple letters of appreciation from his superiors for investigative excellence and law-and-order management.

Alongside his extensive experience in investigation, Jayachandran possesses strong knowledge in accounts management. At Foursight Detectives, he ensures the firm's accountability and financial operations are in safe hands, upholding the highest standards of transparency and reliability for clients and partners.

Sureshkumar V is a highly accomplished law enforcement professional with a distinguished career spanning over 26 years. He joined the police service on July 16, 1996, and retired on May 31, 2022, having served in multiple major stations across Trivandrum, Kollam, and Alappuzha, in roles including Sub Inspector, Circle Inspector, Assistant Commissioner, and DySP. With extensive experience in diverse field environments, he has overseen and led complex criminal investigations and operational policing, notably commanding sub divisions such as Chathannoor, Cantonment, and in Control Room, and the Crime Branch as Assistant Commissioner, and serving as DySP at Crime Branch HQ.

Recognized for his outstanding service, Sureshkumar V has earned over 150 good service entries, three badge of honour awards for detective excellence, the Uthkrishtatha Seva Award from the Central Home Ministry, and 14 commendations from the Director General of Police. Currently, he continues his commitment to public service as Chief Vigilance Officer at Padmanabha Swamy Temple, Thiruvanthapuram.

His expertise in criminal investigation, intelligence gathering, and organizational leadership makes him an invaluable asset to Foursight Detectives LLP, setting a high standard for investigative operations and client service .

V. K. Reghu Kumar is a retired Superintendent of Police from the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), renowned for his professionalism, integrity, and comprehensive investigative expertise. With a distinguished career leading the Anti-Corruption Branch of the CBI in Chennai and serving in similar roles in Bengaluru and Kerala, he has handled numerous sensitive and high-profile Special Crime cases.

His extensive field experience and strong supervisory skills are complemented by a specialisation in Vigilance and Anti-Corruption work, including Central Vigilance Commission (CVC) cases and court proceedings. Mr. Reghu Kumar's expertise in corruption control and investigative vigilance ensures that Foursight Detectives benefits from the highest standards of ethical and effective case management.

Legal Advisor

Adv. Dr. V. S. Vineeth Kumar is a senior criminal lawyer with over 32 years of practice before the courts in Thiruvananthapuram and the High Court of Kerala, and is an active member of the Trivandrum Bar Association. He has served as Special Public Prosecutor in several sensational murder and rape-with-murder cases in which the main accused received punishments including life imprisonment and death penalty, drawing appreciation from the judiciary and top police leadership.

He holds LL.B, LL.M (International Law), M.B.L. and Ph.D in Law, and serves as guest faculty at Kerala Law Academy Law College, the Police Training College and various legal education programmes. He has also served as Standing Counsel for KSEB and currently represents Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd. and United India Insurance Co. Ltd., besides advising leading media and corporate organisations. As Legal Advisor to Foursight Detectives, he strengthens the agency's credibility by guiding the team on legal strategy, evidence appreciation and strict compliance with criminal law and court procedures in complex and sensitive investigations.
